Helgträning med Lauri är ett initiativ för att ytterligare höja kvaliteten på våra klubbtävlingar, så deltagande kräver att man redan är en aktiv seglare på Kvällskör och/eller Radialcup, det är ett komplement till Ians top class coaching.

Här kommer nu en hård plan med bättre framförhållning,

1) lördag 14e juni kl 10.30-15.00 inkl lunchpaus

fokus starter, preliminärt program

positioning for advantage excerises how to move att the line when it gets crowded/boat handling how to accelerate  exercise starts and acceleration  short races  

2) lördag 28e juni, kl 10.30 - 15.00 inkl lunchpaus

Fokus rundningar, preliminärt program

both upwind and sownwiund mark tactics/rules boathandling needed korta race

Pris per pass är 350 kr

Priset blir 600 kr för båda tillfällena
